Love Brookshire Brothers. Their meats are more tender, better produce, good .breakfast and lunch plates.
This place sometimes had good loss leaders on sale, but overall they are very expensive. The produce is usually good. Meat quality is an iffy thing. Sometimes good, sometimes not. People are usually friendly. Getting help is sometimes very difficult. The manager seemed nice.
Good store just needs updating and a good cleaning.
During this difficult time, with some food shortages in grocery stores due to hurricane Harvey, employees at Brookshire Bro. went out of their way to be helpful.
Expensive, but easy to get in and out of. They also have nice produce and meat.
