My 24 yr old son went there and the lady buzzed 1" uneven on the sideburns, top of hair wasn't even touched, after telling her it needed to be trimmed, it was completely UNEVEN. She kept telly another coworker she had to hurry. I asked son why didn't he ask for the manager, he said SHE was the manager!!! I told him to take pictures of his hear and go back & demand his $$ back otherwise go to Small Claims, report to BBB or something. This is not acceptable.
Thrilled with cut and style and especially with skill and knowledge of stylist. I thought I had a serious problem with thinning. She recommended I check with doctor about blood pressure medication.
Went in asking for a medium fade. The young lady faded my hair ON TOP OF MY HEAD creating a Mohawk type appearance. When she asked how I wanted the top cut, I pointed out that she went way too high on the sides. She then asked the lady next to her to finish my hair and walked off leaving me with half a haircut. This is deplorable behavior. She doesn't need to be cutting hair much less working with people with that kind of attitude. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!! I had to buy clippers and finish my own hair.
