The pizza was fine. The service not so much
I order from this location fairly often. They are frequently more than 20 minutes late on delivery. They get my order right about one in every ten times. There is almost always something made wrong or missing. I only continue to order from them because Dominos in Silsbee is just as bad.
Awesome customer service from a young man from Baton rouge who works there. Pizza was great looking and tasted great. It's been a while since we dined in at a Pizza Hut, but this experience was very nice!
Service was ok and the food was good. Salad is good also.
We eat here for the Tuesday buffet, they seem to have trouble keeping good management. Kitchen staff are willing to show their frustrations openly if you request something besides what they have out on the buffet...however they don't supply a good variety for it.
