After good sale price on my new car in 2009, I prefer to return here for service and warranty work. Just did a safety recall in a fast and polite manner. The classic places in Beaumont waste my time and don't complete my repairs as planned. Staff here is very friendly and helpful.
I tell everyone how great the service department is at Moore Chevrolet/Cadillac! I have used the service departments at all of our local dealerships including Lake Charles and NO ONE has the customer service that Moore has! I would never bring my car anywhere else!!
By far the most smooth and pleasant purchase we have ever made! I called early in the day and spoke with Billy regarding the vehicle we were interested in and gave him a rough estimate of what time we would pass by. When we got there Billy had the vehicle up front ready for us to see. We took it for a test drive and 1.5 hr later drove home with our 2016 Chevrolet Suburban. We truly felt blessed to have Billy and the financial specialist take care of us. The whole experience felt like they kept our best interest at heart. Thank you guys!
