Road Side Robbery Is All I Can Say... I Need To Use A Completely Different Dealership For Repairs And Purchasing My New Jeep!!!
These people didn't come off their price and didn't seem like they needed our business. They didn't try hard at all when I said I wanted to wait. No calls or texts, just no effort. Then they sent us a letter saying we were denied on our credit just so they wouldn't look bad that we didn't buy a car from them when in fact we were the ones who decided not to buy from them. I personally texted the sales guy and told him I wanted to wait.

Worst place to buy a vehicle. When I bought my vehicle here nearly 2 yrs ago I also bought gap insurance with Moore Chrysler formerly known as Cowboy and the same employees are still there. After claiming a total loss due to Hurricane Harvey Im now aware that my vin number is not what my gap insurance has in their file due to Cowboy giving them the wrong information but I was understandable cause everybody do make mistakes. But I have been calling there for over 2 weeks, still calling and showing up so they can fix this problem but nobody is helping me but they claim they can sell me a car everytime I talk to them. Chris Shores the sales manager kept telling me it is their fault and they will fix the problem and they are so sorry but he is not doing anything to fix this mess. So I decided to start looking into his criminal records and I'm very surprise with what I found especially with him dealing with people personal information. I'm very unsatisfied of this and hopefully I can warn others before buying their vehicle there
